At ez-biz.my, operated by Pico Global Marketing Sdn Bhd, we provide third-party assistance and runner services for business registration, renewals, and other SSM-related services. We are not affiliated with any government body, including Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
All payments made are final and non-refundable once:

The service has been processed or submitted to SSM

We have engaged in any work on your behalf, including data entry, system login, or preparation of your documents
This is due to the time-sensitive nature of business registration processes and associated administrative costs.
2. Refunds May Be Considered If:
A refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

You were charged more than once for the same order

You made payment but our team did not process your request within the agreed timeframe

You accidentally made a payment but did not submit any required info
- Your SSM registration has expired more than 12 months, and the system no longer allows renewal, in which case a RM20 service charge will be deducted from your refund
For any of these, please contact us within 48 hours of your payment with proof of transaction.
3. No Refunds for User Errors
We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect information provided by the user (e.g. wrong business registration number or NRIC)

Change of mind after order is submitted

Delays caused by SSM system issues or public holidays

Rejections or issues caused by SSM due to non-compliance or expired documents
We encourage all customers to double-check their information before submission.
4. Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your order before we start processing, you may contact us immediately. If no work has begun, we may offer a partial refund after deducting admin charges (minimum RM20 or 10% of total fee, whichever is higher).
